David Lett

David is the Founder and joint Principal of New Meaning. He has extensively researched and developed the positive psychology principles that drive the whole programme over a period of ten years.

David came to the UK in 1993 from New Zealand and led many successful projects for a number of banking organisations including RBS and Merrill Lynch.

Between 1996 and 1999 he completed an honours degree in psychology and he also holds a degree in business management studies.

From 2000 to 2007, David launched and managed the UK subsidiary of a successful Australasian consultancy, which now has a UK turnover of nearly £4 million and employs over 120 consultants worldwide.

David has developed and tested the core principles of The Meaning Programmes in his own life and they helped him to cope with the sudden loss of his mother, building a new business from scratch and losing a baby.

David believes if he can help others create their own sense of spirit and vitality then he will have fulfilled this purpose in life.
