PALS (Pro-Active Life Skills) is a series of techniques -
- that help people learn about emotions, motivations, purpose and strengths;
- that help people understand how to recognise and adapt their own personal style, self-beliefs, attitudes, communication skills and behaviours
- for developing shared understanding and mutual strength amongst communities;
- for identifying, nurturing, intiating and delivering shared projects;
- for developing confidence in skills and positive, practical mechanisms that can be used in a wide range of formal and informal settings, with a wide range of individuals or groups.
