John Evans
David Lett
New Meaning was founded by David Lett and John Evans in 2006 after working together on several major transformation projects in previous businesses. David invested ten years of research in the psychology and philosophy themes that underpin the New Meaning programmes.
Following a successful career in corporate banking David launched and managed the UK subsidiary of an Australasian consultancy to a UK turnover of nearly £4 million. David has degrees in Psychology and Business Management.
John followed a first career in international life sciences including senior management team roles before going solo in 2001 to project manage organisational transformation projects. He has a first degree and professional qualifications in Counselling (BACP) and Training (CIPD).
New Meaning is structured as a "social business". This means that 50% of all retained profits are reinvested in social and educational projects.
