Young People Teachers Parents
Evidence collected over 3 years from 20 schools with over 500 students and 30 teachers - shows PALS programmes have achieved:
- Significant improvements in student and teacher confidence, positive behaviours, improved attitudes and motivation levels
- Teachers who are enthusiastic and fully engaged with new skills and approaches
- Confidence in teachers to take on challenging Personal, Social, Emotional issues
- Improved relationships, communication and trust between students, teachers and parents
- Reductions in disruptive behaviour and significant reductions to follower or "gang- think" situations
PALS is designed to positively influence the Every Child Matters outputs and fits within the PSHE and SEAL curriculum.
