News

We are involved in a number of projects that utilise our full range of services.  It is exciting that all the projects focus on helping organisations and/or people capitalise on their strengths.  Our current projects include:

  • Working with g4s and Winning Teams to strengthen the rehabilitation of young offenders in g4s Secure Training Centres

  • A partnership with the Chrysalis Foundation helping Offenders at HMP YOI Reading and working with the MoJ to put in place a Social Impact Bond - a payment by results system

  • A series of Pro-Active Beaviour Change workshops for a Local Authority focusing on Vision and Values, Customer Satisfaction and Governance frameworks

  • A project in partnership with HS Housing Consultancy and deploying a Pro-Active Community Enterprise for a Social Housing client.

  • Working with the LDA, LAET and AET at two north London schools on a NEET prevention programme

  • Consulting with a number of organisations using our Pro-Active Behaviour Change model that helps organisations achieve positive behaviour changes and cost savings

  • A partnerhip with Just Housing and Parkway Green to deploy a Pro-Active Community Skills programme to residents in a south Manchester estate - helping to strengthen community confidence and prepare people to return to work

  • A series of Transition workshops for year six students at Olney Middle School and to pro-actively prepare them for their transition to "big school"

Testimonials

"What They Say"

“The course leaders have taken a group of men and women of varying age groups, with different life styles and experiences, some of whom had very little self esteem. They showed them that they are able to express themselves in a constructive way, that their opinions and ideas are of value, and that they could take these forward into positive action.”

Wyn Buchan
Derby Homes Resident

"One session showed you that you had more good points and skills than you ever thought you had and really made you think"
