PALS includes techniques to help you:

  • Develop your personal strengths and thereby boost your confidence

  • Understand your attitudes and beliefs, helping you to act and communicate consistently in your best interests

  •  Adopt a new, clear focus on personal ambitions and to engage well, making good choices, taking on challenges that work for you and that motivate you to keep going

  • Control your behaviours and be more aware of your impact and communication style on others

  • Develop self-leadership and authentic relationships; know how your personal style can work for you when in teams and why others in teams act the way they do; become more influential and persuasive; prepare for and control your responses to change; improve your use of thinking skills and avoid or adapt your responses to conflict.
