Pro-Active Life Skills Workshop

David and John invite you to a Pro-Active Life Skills workshop on May 31st starting at 10:00 and finishing at 17:30 (registration from 09:30).

Life Challenges and Impacts   

 

“Many people focus on their faults and struggle to change.  These approaches help you work on your personal strengths; a much more successful starting point”

Exercises will include Experience Analysis Technique (EAT) to help you understand how past life experiences have shaped how you act, think and feel the way you do. 

Other exercises help you identify your core strengths, your personal style, and the values that guide your decision making.  

The workshop is about discovering for yourself what your life's learning means to you and how to use this knowledge to focus on your future.
