NMT High Wycombe
Our original centre and the birthplace of New Meaning Training (formerly known as Toolshed), NMT High Wycombe has been supporting young people since 2015. What began as a construction-focused provision has evolved into a broad offer that includes vocational pathways, employability skills, and life skills development.
We have recently acquired a new building in High Wycombe, which will enable us to expand our offer further from the 2026–2027 academic year. This expansion will allow us to support more learners and broaden the range of pathways available at this flagship centre.
NMT Enrichment Centre Aylesbury
Our Aylesbury Enrichment Centre is based in a building locally known as the Healthy Living Centre. While the site is now fully occupied by New Meaning Training, many families and professionals will still recognise it by this name.
The centre provides a calm, flexible, and nurturing environment for learners who benefit from smaller group sizes and more creative, individualised approaches. It is particularly well suited to young people building confidence, developing independence, or preparing to transition into mainstream qualifications, employment, or further training.
NMT Lifeskills Centre Thomley
The NMT centre at this location is closing at the end of July 2026 but learners suited to this kind of setting are being welcomed at our Aylesbury centre
NMT Milton Keynes
Opening in September 2025, NMT Milton Keynes is a brand-new centre designed to support young people who may have left school without qualifications or who are currently Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET).
Housed in a quirky and spacious building that was formerly a lighting shop, the centre offers a distinctive learning environment with plenty of room for practical activity. As a newly established provision, the space is still evolving — with construction learners actively involved in shaping and developing the centre itself, giving them a real sense of ownership and purpose.
This centre represents an opportunity for redirection, not rejection, helping learners re-engage and move forward with renewed confidence.
